Job title: Senior Product Manager – Infrastructure Delivery (NetCo)

Office location: Belgrade with Hybrid working 

The Senior Product Manager – Infrastructure (Telco) Delivery role ensures that Hyperoptic's NetCo infrastructure is delivered efficiently on time, and in alignment with commercial and operational goals. Success means managing a clear and impactful infrastructure roadmap, removing blockers across functions, and enabling scaled, cost-effective deployment. 

 What will you be doing?

  • Own the product roadmap for infrastructure delivery within NetCo
  • Act as product owner for build process improvements (e.g., civils, PIA, installs)
  • Translate strategic and commercial requirements into scalable infrastructure product solutions
  • Lead prioritisation and planning across engineering, systems, and build teams
  • Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement delivery optimisations

What we are looking for?

  • Strong experience of end-to-end product ownership
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in product management within a telecom infrastructure delivery environment
  • Proven success in cross-functional product delivery with engineering and operations teams
  • Strong understanding of fibre rollout and infrastructure processes (e.g., PIA, civils, permitting, build lifecycle)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership in matrixed environments
  • Skilled in backlog management, agile delivery, and data-driven prioritisation
