Due to the expansion, we are looking for someone to join our team in Serbian headquarter to manage the Indirect procurement agenda for Serbia. This is a newly open position as we are searching to identify opportunities for rapidly growing business through local activities and negotiations as well as through close cooperation with Group Indirect Procurement Director.
In this role, you will report hierarchically to the Chief Financial Officer of Dr. Max Serbia and functionally to Group Indirect Procurement Director.

Indirect Procurement Manager

What will be your responsibilities?
- Be responsible for >8m Euro spend in indirect material, services, and CAPEX
- Lead indirect procurement agenda for Serbian business
- As a part of a regional procurement organization, lead selected projects for other countries within Dr. Max Group
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Analyze purchasing data (including TCO when applicable) and prepare recommendations based on indirect procurement projects results
- Analyze markets & trends, understand cost model and cost drivers
- Work on Value Analysis projects finding the alternative specification
- Successfully manage supplier relationships
- Report on main KPIs (saving/cost avoidance/payment term extension, complexity reduction, etc.)
What do we expect from you?
- University master’s degree,
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic indirect procurement
- Business-driven personality, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
- Organizational and communication skills, independence
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with a varying maturity of local businesses
