Job Responsibilities:
Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, e-mail, live chat);
Providing support to clients;
Registration of information in the database;
Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Portuguese language;
Good knowledge of English;
Confident PC user;
Readiness and ability to learn;
Communication skills;
Stress resistance.
