Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content and improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Support email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website using a content management system (CMS).
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Management, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships and coursework considered).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Would be a Plus:
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Canva.
- Experience using digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot)
