Junior Process Engineer - Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Join our team as a Junior Process Engineer to support and learn the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of aluminum extrusion processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering or related fields who want to build a strong foundation in manufacturing and materials technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and improving aluminum extrusion processes such as bending, milling, and machining.
• Support the validation and optimization of process parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Learn to localize and assess machining technologies for feasibility and accuracy.
• Help identify and solve technical issues, contributing to continuous process improvements.
• Participate in automation and robotics projects related to extrusion processes.
• Support production teams by sharing process knowledge and technical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Material Science, or a related engineering discipline.

• Understanding of mechanical drawings and interest in process control and quality systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
