Role Overview:
Sales Clover is expanding its operations in the Balkans, with over 60 people based in Serbia and 10 people in our newest location in Macedonia. Sales Clover is currently reshaping its core customer processes and go-to-market strategies, and is looking for a motivated, intelligent, analytical Junior Sales Analyst to help the CEO evolve its sales efforts. This person will have an opportunity to work on dynamic projects strategic to the organization and learn first-hand what it takes to build a repeatable, scalable sales motion. As the person in this role proves themselves, he or she will have an opportunity to expand their role and responsibilities into potential areas like business development, sales, or revenue operations.
Responsibilities:
- Map and document internal and external processes and identify opportunities to introduce technology, AI, and automation to drive efficiencies in the business
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales and operations tools in the sales organization
- Assist with sales campaign execution through research of accounts and contacts into targeted industries and geographies
- Assist sales in creating proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Update CRM records and manage data hygiene in Hubspot
- Assist sales in executing trade show/conference campaigns to drive meeting for the company
- Build and manage reporting and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical, process-oriented problem solver
- Proficient in using spreadsheets like Google Sheets/Excel
- Minimum 2 years actual work experience in finance, operations, or sales operations, preferably for a tech startup or US-based company
- Comfortable working with and learning new technologies
- Well-organized with the ability to break-down large projects into tasks to meet or beat deadlines
- Excellent academic performance with a preferred degree in business administration, economics, with an emphasis on numbers ie quantitative economics, finance, etc
- Curious learner who enjoys reading, researching, and improving themselves
- Highly accountable person who is comfortable working self-sufficiently on projects without being micromanaged
- Opinionated and not afraid to speak up when you see an opportunity for improvement
