This position manages activities related to BI global road logistics support. The position is independent working and solution oriented but fully supported by the global team located in Schindellegi, Switzerland.
- Own & manage a portion of the Road Logistics BI Products Portfolio.
- Deliver new reporting requests as required by business stakeholders.
- Leverage existing Reporting solutions to deliver the requests by Setting up one-time or recurring Business Objects reports for users as requested.
- Conduct Requirement Analysis, Write Specifications (independently or in collaboration with other team members), develop an implementation & milestone plan and execute the plan.
- On specific occasions, data analysis & validation tasks will be required to be conducted.
- Work with report end-users to deliver / cater the visuals to their needs.
- Ensure Tableau reports under your responsibility are updated and working as per agreed frequency.
- Work with BI Team to develop a documentation portal in myKN.
- Establish an inventory of KPIs of Road Logistics. Document precise definitions and make the required definitions available on the portal.
- Proficiency in English.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of organization and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Objects or similar reporting tools.
- Hands-on Experience with Databases / SQL or strong interest to develop skills in this area.
- Demonstrated track-record of managing projects in cross-functional settings.
- Proficiency in Kuehne+Nagel respective processes and systems
