We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Learning Support Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Spanish HR teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on Learning & Development systems, onboarding processes, and time & attendance management.
- Supporting Spanish HR Teams and assist with day-to-day HR operations
- Responsible for Learning and Development systems and platforms maintenance and integration
- Responsible for course creation and Maintaining Training Records
- Supporting the Onboarding process that includes creating the personal employee account and overseeing Welcome Application Platform and key administrative processes
- Handling daily recording of employee work hours, breaks, overtime and absences in the T&A system
- Managing employee work schedules, shift assignments, time off, and rotation plans. Set up calendars, holidays and vacation inputs
- Involved in implementation of SAP processes and integration to the new platforms
- Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential due to internal HR Data Policy
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across local HR teams, central departments, and team members to achieve shared goals.
- Proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, anticipating needs, and providing timely support to ensure efficient teamwork and operations
