We are the RoadLOG Operational Service Team, which provides 1st-level support in the Road Logistics community. For us, team spirit and commitment to providing the best possible support to our colleagues in core business operations are very important. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills by working with experienced people and transferring knowledge to end-to-end users.
- Providing 24/6 1st level support for our internal systems
- Challenging, proactive approach to daily tasks needed, we are monitoring system activity, and we are solving issues before they raise in daily operations.
- Part of our daily routine is to monitor system performance, process obstacles and describe demands to our Product Owners and IT development teams for improvement.
- We are looking for person who is responsible, willing to learn and investigate, dedicated to teamwork.
- IT minded person with core business knowledge is desirable.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
