About OCSiAl Group:

Key responsibilities:
- Arranging customs clearance for imports and exports;
- Shipping documents verification;
- Organization of deliveries from/to abroad;
- Organization of domestic deliveries;
- Sales order issuance in ERP;
- Item fulfilment creation in ERP;
- Export invoice issuance in ERP;
- Communication with purchasing department, vendors, customers, warehouse department;
- Delivery status updates;
- Tendering process in transportation, external warehousing, other logistics areas (determination of tender conditions, receipt of quotations, rates negotiation);
- Logistics claims handling;
- KPI report (freight rates statistics, transit time, etc);
- Logistics processes description;
- Participation in audits conducted by customers and ISO auditors
- Other tasks appointed by Manager
Required qualifications and experience:
- 1-3 years of experience working in international logistics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactivity
- Attention to detail
- University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Economics;
- Fluency in English
