IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Ensure MOL Move activities and goals align with and support the yearly Commercial calendar, supporting strategic objectives and driving measurable results.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the MOL Move loyalty program, including setting up and running campaigns within the system to drive customer value, increase purchase frequency, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (including Group Marketing, Digital Factory, Offer, Sales, and Operations) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of loyalty initiatives and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the deployment and development of customer segmentation and personalization within MOL Move to deliver relevant messages to target customer groups.
- Planning and execute segmented, personalized loyalty campaigns across digital, offline, and in-app channels, ensuring the integration of innovative offers and new program functionalities, collaborating with Offer Management and Sales.
- Support the development of external partnerships to enhance the overall value proposition of the loyalty program and provide customers with additional benefits and services.
- Manage and optimize the loyalty program budget, including rewards investment and marketing spend, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing return on investment.
- Maintain regular communication with loyalty teams in other MOL countries, share best practices, gather insights on successful initiatives, and contribute to campaign performance optimization and strategic decision-making support for the Head of Marketing.
- Collaborate with IT and the Group Digital Factory to ensure continuous optimization of loyalty platform, coordinate with customer service to resolve operational issues, and participate in supplier and partner selection processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Trading, Master’s degree is a plus;
- 3 years working experience in Loyalty programs and Loyalty Applications, in expert/specialist role;
- Experience in Loyalty programs, communicating with suppliers and cross-functions;
- Experience with CRM and strong skills in EDM Marketing;
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English language;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI confident user; Salesforce and Marketing Cloud can be advantage.
