Customer Support Agent

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·       Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels (phone & email) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product or service-related questions.

·       Problem Solving: Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and offer effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

·       Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.

·       Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, conveying information effectively and maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.

·       Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and share insights for continuous improvement.

·       Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.

·       Quality Assurance: Maintain service quality standards, follow established processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications:

·       Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

·       Proficiency in English (French language is a plus).

·       Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
