Your Role in the Team:
As our Accounting Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both accounting functions and client-facing transaction processes. You’ll ensure operational accuracy, help manage financial records, and support the finance team with critical day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process client transactions promptly and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
Monitor and manage financial requests via multiple inboxes, ensuring all actions are completed or escalated as needed.
Maintain and update client account records with relevant information across CRM and internal systems.
Reconcile transaction records on platforms such as MTS and MT4, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in preparing and providing client account statements upon request.
Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies and support dispute and chargeback processes.
Support the finance team with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
Coordinate with payment solution providers to resolve client-related issues.
Provide cross-functional support to the sales and finance departments as needed.
Perform additional admin or finance-related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
1–2 years of experience in a back-office, accounting, or financial administrative role.
Prior experience in the financial industry and familiarity with CRMs and payment platforms.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
