CNC Machine Operator (Peening/HDW)

We are looking for:

CNC Machine Operator for peening and HDW operations who will be responsible for preparation of components and equipment for peening processes (Glass bead peening/Shot peening/High pressure water) and preparation of NC-Programs.

Tasks

• Preparation of components according to the work plan and subsequent processing, covering, blasting and checking blasting results and clarifying deviations with the supervisor, engineer or quality
• Setting up the machine with connected peripherals (e.g. Almen test, blasting gun, Peening media) in accordance with applicable regulations
• Setting and checking machine parameters according to work plan and producing components according to work plan or setting up CNC systems / adjusting programs and processes
• Testing of new tools and devices
• Conducting tests (trials)
• Processing and checking work items
• Setting up work items and working with them according to current regulations
• Development of motion programs for robots
• Performing testing and preparing blasting programs on CNC machines, including software backup in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Checking parts for dimensional accuracy, condition and finish and writing results at floor level
• Control and monitoring of organizational processes
• Compliance with KPIs in line with organizational goals
• Adherence to deadlines and ensure capacity
• Shop floor contact person for internal quality issues
• Troubleshooting
• Analysis of the causes of disruptions and their resolution (e.g. equipment change)
• Informing maintenance personnel about the description of the disturbance
• Defining the processing together with the relevant department
• Execution and processing of the document
• Performing maintenance and repair tasks
• Monitoring of maintenance intervals
• Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks within acceptable limits
• Documenting maintenance times, causes and their correction

Requirements

• 3rd degree
• High school
• At least 3 years in the industrial field
• PC knowledge
• High technical affinity
• Team work, flexibility, willingness to work in two shifts, very good vision
• English language – basic level, understanding, reading documents and regulations
