Talent Acquisition Operations Partner

• Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes
• Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions
• Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence
• Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality
• Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals
• Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed

What we expect from you:

• A high school diploma is required (candidates with various educational backgrounds will be considered)
• Advanced level of English language (knowledge of French language is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Interest in process-driven aspects of HR
• Prior experience in Workday or other HCM tool is a plus, as well as Customer support experience
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude
