Telesales Representative - Slovenian language

The purpose of the Telesales Representative is to understand the needs of our customers and offer the right solutions through effective phone sales. Your main duties will be: Informing and advising customers on service characteristics through outbound calls, as well as answering customer questions Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new customers. Finding solutions and providing information to the client Regular monitoring of the client case status Monitoring of the SLA Providing timely and quality reporting to the Client Relation Manager on the activities and work processes Providing support for continuous improvement of the process Reference: rPzHrSq4TUxa_tQ3GTMAv8I-SAG4H1VNVPh9OYx6t84.
