Responsibilites:

• Generation, distribution and updating of all preventive work orders to relevant persons
•  Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to minimize    downtime  and maximize equipment reliability.
• Ensures integrity of data entered into the Mainenance application or SAP system
• Provides reports and KPI’s as required
• Control of system database for preventive maintening of equipment
• Coordinate with other departments or specialists when necessary to resolve technical issues.
• Audits system and generates non-compliance reports
• Liaise and work closely with the Maintenance organisation to ensure work orders are raised correctly, specials are progressedand facilitate the capture of data within maintenance system to aid future Maintenance information
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum University or higher education degree in a relevant Mechanical/Electrical discipline
• Good knowledge of maintenance planning tools
• Computer literate. Familiarity with computer software (Word, Excel, etc)
• Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
• Good influencing, presentation, communication and decision-making skills
