Finance Operations Lead

As the Finance Operations Lead, you will oversee and manage the company's end-to-end finance operations across both fiat and digital assets. This is a broad and hands-on role covering accounting, treasury, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on operational excellence and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes that support the company's growth and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations across both fiat and crypto activities, including payments, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Oversee accounting processes, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage treasury and liquidity functions, ensuring smooth flow of funds across banking and crypto channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, tech, and customer support teams to support business growth and ensure financial integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or treasury, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools; experience with automation or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
• High level of integrity and understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
