Project Manager (m/f)
City: Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
- Analyzes business processes and optimizes them using project planning tools.
- Supports risk management activities.
- Communicates with external clients.
- Monitors and updates the project budget.
- Breaks down projects into phases, prioritizes tasks, and conducts financial analysis.
- Reports on project status to the Head of the Project Management Department and all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintains records as requested by direct supervisors or management.
- Continuously develops skills in Project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Agile mindset, solution oriented.
- Experience with managing team.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Experience in leading medium and large-scale projects.
- Skilled in project initiation and planning.
