GL ACCOUNTANT 

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing accurate administration of Company’s, accounts payable, operating costs, salaries, capex and accruals
• Performs the accounting of all related transactions in accordance with local regulatory and group policies. 
• Provides bookkeeping of bank statements and control of Company’s cash and cash equivalents
• Provides bookkeeping and monitoring of Company’s loans and other payables
• Provides bookkeeping and monitoring of Company’s inventories, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and accruals
• Maintenance of CoA in Company’s ERP
• Month end closing participation in previously agreed deadlines
• Responsible for reconciliation of vendor’s and customer’s balances
• Co-operates with external and internal auditors.
• Co-operates with external accounting agency in preparation of required documents for monthly postings and calculation of monthly taxes
• Processing and distributing payments for vendors in a timely manner;
• Acts In tax compliance manner and is familiar with local and international regulations;

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in payroll accounting and salary calculations
• Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Proficient in English
• Accuracy, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
