Job Purpose:

To ensure the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of welding processes, with a strong focus on defect analysis, automation, and compliance with welding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and optimize MIG, friction, and laser welding processes.
• Analyze and resolve on-site welding defects, including pores, cracks, dimensional and visual issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot automatic welding and robotic systems (Fronius, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Ensure welding operations meet internal and customer quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and process improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports in English.
• Participate in audits and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Train and support welding technicians and operators as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of MIG, friction, and laser welding principles.
• Hands-on experience in welding defect analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with mainstream robotic welding systems (Fronius, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Good command of English; capable of reading and interpreting standards and technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
