Job Purpose:
To ensure the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of welding processes, with a strong focus on defect analysis, automation, and compliance with welding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and optimize MIG, friction, and laser welding processes.
- Analyze and resolve on-site welding defects, including pores, cracks, dimensional and visual issues.
- Operate and troubleshoot automatic welding and robotic systems (Fronius, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
- Ensure welding operations meet internal and customer quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports in English.
- Participate in audits and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Train and support welding technicians and operators as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of MIG, friction, and laser welding principles.
- Hands-on experience in welding defect analysis and resolution.
- Familiarity with mainstream robotic welding systems (Fronius, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
- Good command of English; capable of reading and interpreting standards and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
