New Perspective is a leading digital marketing agency helping B2B companies scale through SEO, PPC, HubSpot automation, AI-driven insights, and content marketing. We seek a Client Success Manager who can drive client success with cutting-edge AI and marketing automation tools.

What You’ll Do

Client Strategy & AI-Driven Growth

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 6-10 B2B clients.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, content, and AI-driven automation.
  • Leverage AI tools for marketing automation, predictive analytics, and customer insights.
  • Lead client strategy workshops, presenting AI-powered marketing solutions to director-level stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including AI-driven marketing enhancements.

Project & Relationship Management

  • Oversee AI-assisted marketing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to hit client goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with KPIs, business objectives, and AI-driven insights.
  • Proactively address client challenges, offering AI-powered recommendations for performance improvements.

Data & AI-Powered Reporting

  • Analyze performance metrics using AI-enhanced reporting tools and provide predictive insights.
  • Set up and optimize HubSpot workflows, AI-driven chatbots, and automation sequences.
  • Guide clients in interpreting AI-generated insights to refine marketing strategies.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a marketing agency.
  • English knowledge (fluent level)
  • Proven success managing sophisticated B2B clients (preferably in tech, SaaS, or industrial sectors).
  • HubSpot expertise – comfortable setting up workflows, sequences, and AI-powered reporting dashboards.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge – SEO, PPC, email, content strategy, and AI-driven tools.
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to interpret reports, leverage AI insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI in marketing – knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable leading high-level client conversations and explaining AI-powered strategies.
  • Strategic thinker who can problem-solve and prioritize across multiple accounts.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience leading website redesign projects with AI-enhanced UX optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered personalization tools (e.g., Dynamic content, AI-driven A/B testing).

Compensation: $2,500-$3,000/month (gross) + commission % of managed MRR
