QuickBooks Bookkeeper – Transportation Industry

We are seeking a precise and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / QuickBooks Specialist, with experience in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update all financial transactions in QuickBooks (invoices, bills, payments, bank statements).
• Record and reconcile transport-related expenses (fuel, tolls, maintenance, driver settlements, etc.).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports, cost reports, and analyses for management.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to collect and verify data.
• Support audit preparations and tax filings (as required).

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Experience in transport / logistics accounting is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles (accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, VAT, ledgers).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; familiarity with QuickBooks integrations is a plus.
