WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in solution architecture, system design, and implementation.
- Experience with identity management, passport systems, and/or border control solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Customer-facing experience, including requirement analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in system integration, database design, network architecture, and relevant standards (ICAO, ISO, etc.).
- Familiarity with biometric technologies, PKI, secure document issuance, and RFID.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical sales support in presales and proposal phases.
- Define and develop technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyze customer requirements, qualify leads, and assess RFPs.
- Design and integrate biometric and authentication systems.
- Support sales in solution definition, pricing, and delivery planning.
- Engage customers on digital transformation needs across citizen journeys.
- Evaluate local partners and suppliers for solution implementation.
- Facilitate communication between architecture, technical, and product teams.
- Transfer solution concepts to proposal teams for offer preparation.
- Lead presentations, demos, and client negotiations.
- Assist in team selection, training, and presales consultant development.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine product offerings
