- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Service Management or Project Management, preferably international role
- Strong customer service orientation
- High level of personal responsibility
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- ITIL Service Management certification is an advantage
- Project management certification (GPM, IGMA, PMI) is an advantage
- Business English, other languages would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide (20-30%)
- Responsible for the Service Management lifecycle
- Develops Service Strategy with sales and proposal
- Develops existing and new customers into new business
- Creates service-related work packages for new proposals
- Creates SLAs, OLAs, and Underpinning contracts
- Set up Service Level Management tooling accordingly
- Service transition procedures after implementation
- Effective incident management implementation
- Management of the support team
- Escalation in critical cases and SLAs breaching
- Service monitoring and reporting
- Planning and organizing preventive maintenance
- Change Management filtering from incident management and handling accordingly
- Proactive Problem Management on recurring malfunctions
- Inventory management i.e., spare parts and consumables
- Budget Management
