Position Overview:

The Analytical Department of OCSiAl is responsible for providing insightful market, technology, and business information for the company's management to make strategic decisions.

A Junior Market Analyst supports the marketing and sales teams by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to guide business decisions. The role involves monitoring internal information, market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments, as well as preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of business information on company’s performance and preparing reports;
• Conducting internal sales assessments;
• Tracking contractual relationships with customers and production partners;
• Updating and tracking the information on current customers’ projects;
• Preparation of analytical presentations and information basing on the requests
• from other departments;
• Analysis of competitors;
• Carrying up ad hoc analysis on regional and global markets and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in economics or marketing;
• Fluent English;
• Solid analytical skills;
• Confident use of MS Excel and Power Point;
• Basic knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.

Required Experience:

• Experience in data analysis, market research, or a related analytical role (experience in Chemistry industry / B2b market of materials is preferred);
• Experience from internships, part-time work, or university projects is often accepted.
