Position Overview:

Responsible for accounting and controlling of manufacturing expenses at all stages, the formation of the cost of semi- and finished goods, the movement of semi-finished goods through the stages of production, and warehouse treatment of finished goods.

Reporting: Reports to Finance Director of OCSiAl Balkan (locally).

Responsibilities (Tasks):

• Accounting for the movement of inventory items in manufacturing process (raw materials and semi-finished goods);
• Calculation of costing of semi-finished and finished goods (standard and actual costing);
• Analysis of inventory consumption in manufacturing and production variances occurred;
• Participation in the development of normative/standard expenses and analysis of losses;
• Accounting and analysis of expenses for damaged and obsolete inventories;
• Participation in developing scrap and waste management procedure;
• Participation in inventory stock-counts, when required;
• Product profitability analysis and heads-up for productivities/savings that could be gained;
• Participation in the analysis of the organization's activities to provide proposals for improvements and procedures setup;
• Participation in the automation of management and accounting processes based on ERP
• Collaboration with other departments for cross-functional task agenda.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education;
• Experience in production accounting/controlling in Serbian Accounting standards and IFRS at least 2 years
• Work experience related to accounting/controlling in a manufacturing company, at least 2 years;
• Experience in conducting inventory counts;
• Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite etc.);
• MS Office proficiency;
• Fluent in Serbian, proficient in English.
