Belgrade office of Heneken Group is opening a new administrative position within the company. We are searching for an Office Assistant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, finance and/or office support roles
- Well organized, detailed oriented with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsible person
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and excellent MS office knowledge
Job description:
- Cooperation with accountant in preforming financial transactions and payments
- Keeping office archive
- Cooperation on a daily basis with Financial Department based in Headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia
- Taking care of office supplies and purchases for the office, including equipment
- Accurate and timely administration of documents and information
- Follow up of documents through SAP (no previous knowledge needed)
- Feeding information into online systems
- Handling daily office activities
Working language is Serbian, however knowledge of English is needed for the reporting purposes to mother company.
