Position details:
We are seaking for an Operations Coordinator in our new business unit - O'Brein.
Job description:
- Lead operational site activities by organizing and delegating work assignments effectively
- Ramp up production from scratch through collaboration and cooperation with the US team
- Ensure the quality of work, maintaining precision, accuracy, transparency, and timeliness
- Manage the workforce, adjusting to daily workflow and ensuring efficient personnel utilization
- Possess knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems, and independently intervene in case of minor stoppages; be capable of troubleshooting more complex issues
- Achieve planned daily output volume and on-time delivery targets
- Ensure expected First Pass Yield targets are met
- Communicate any capacity changes that may affect output to relevant parties
- Develop, train, and motivate teams, ensuring job rotation within the area
- Implement a LEAN organization using LEAN manufacturing tools such as DRM, 5S, KANBAN, VALUE STREAM, TPM, and RCA
- Maintain professional and effective communication at all levels, stimulating initiatives, innovations, and motivation for continuous improvements
- Oversee daily cycle counting and inventory control
- Ensure the quality of completed work prior to shipment
- Identify opportunities for local purchasing of parts from Subotica and Eastern European suppliers
- Maintain and update master data in ERP systems
Education & Experience:
- University degree - Technical faculty
- Working experience: 3 to 5 years on similar position
- Project management experience (advantage)
- Leadership skills and “Can-Do” attitude with analytical approach and problem-solving capability
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- People management experience and ability to motivate and develop team
- Strong command of English
- Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint)
