LVH is a leader in ultra-luxury home sharing catering to world-traveling high net-worth families through a network of thousands of full-service homes in over 100 international destinations. Under general supervision, the OPR Operations Coordinator will provide support to the Owner Partner Relations Management with day to day sales operations tasks and managing relationships with new and existing homeowners.
Essential Functions and Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Assist OPR Team in confirming the availability and pricing of suitable options for active requests (by communicating with owners and partners via text, email, or call)
- Develop proposals for active requests (this includes choosing right properties based on the particular request, accurately preparing pricing in an Excel spreadsheet, and preparing a map of properties)
- Build strong relationships with owners while keeping them engaged and informed about company updates
Skills and Knowledge Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in hospitality, business development, real estate, sales, or related background preferred (anyone without experience but with motivation to learn is welcome to apply!)
- Experience with high luxury or high net worth owners is preferred but not required
- Proper phone and email etiquette
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately in English
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar in English
- Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow all emails and messages throughout day-to-day operations and follow through with all tasks
- Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Work effectively under deadlines
- Effective listening skills
- Willingness to cooperate with others and work for the greater good
Compensation:
Competitive base salary (900EUR - 1,100EUR pre-tax per month) & bonus plan commensurate with experience
