Position Summary
As the PC&L Manager you will be responsible for supervising PC&L company groups, developing an action plan in order to meet stock levels and monitoring the process through defined KPI’s.
Your Role:
- Supervising PC&L company groups
- Developing an action plan in order to meet/exceed the assumptions regarding stock levels
- Identification of applicable Quality management system documentation (corporate, global, regional) and ensuring their implementation
- Responsibility for monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the process through KPI’s defined by internal rules and indicators defined in internal Quality management system
- Responsibility for setting quality goals and related trainings
- Responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirement is met
- Supervising production and material control
- Supervising Excess/Obsolete raw materials and finish goods
- Supervising projects in the import/export phase
- Monitoring production connectivity
- Monitoring the level of employment and the structure of the PCL department
- Ensuring the implementation of Related Operating Systems (related planning, related ordering, production connectivity)
Your Background:
- University/Higher education
- 3 years of experience in the similar roles
- Fluent in English language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in SAP or other ERP/MRP system
