Continuous budget monitoring, deviation analysis and initiation of countermeasures
Timely preparation of the controlling information for a uniform, complete short- and medium-term profit and loss accounting of the plant
Implementation / conducting of profitability analysis for products, processes and make/buy decisions
Continuous identification of potential for profit improvement, their initiation and monitoring of implementation in the plant
Execution and evaluation of special analysis to prepare strategic decisions on products, projects and processes
Preparation of offers and analysis of the quotation calculation with project controlling as well as plant functions
Conducting of planning and forecasts for all plant functions
Ensuring the execution, the process and correct content of plan, actual and inventory calculations
Preparation of gap analyses in serial calculations and initiation and execution of countermeasures
Calculation of IC shipments to determine sales prices to affiliated companies and preparation of tax recalculations
