Technical Support, Connect Service & Parts Specialist for Porsche

Porsche Srbija ∙ Crna Gora is expanding its team! We are seeking a Porsche brand enthusiast to join our importer-level Porsche After Sales Team for the West Balkan region.

Your main tasks:

• Provide technical support for technicians.
• Oversee dealers workshop infrastructure, tools and equipment.
• Control repair quality and documentation in daily routine.
• Supervise the availability of workshop tools and equipment.
• Serve as a flying technician when needed.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for dealer and market-level colleagues, ensuring alignment with Porsche AG systems, processes, and best practices. 
• Monitor post-training performance and tailor future sessions accordingly.
• Monitor and manage spare parts and accessories inventory at dealerships.
• Advise workshops on appropriate parts and components.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize the parts offerings and forecast trends.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage the parts teams at dealerships to ensure efficient operations.

What you bring:

Professional Qualifications: 

• Completed education, preferably: Business studies with a focus on technical skills and/or automotive studies or relevant professional experience in the according fields. 
• Working experience as Technician
• Understanding of vehicle parts, systems, and industry trends
• Experience in inventory management or parts sales, preferably in the automotive sector
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
• Knowledge of automotive technical engineering.
• Ideally experience with VW-Group products.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Fluent in Serbian and English (both written and spoken).
