Location and project: Construction site Surčin, project National Football Stadium

The stadium with a capacity of 52,000 spectators, meeting the requirements for hosting national team matches and major international UEFA/FIFA events from the outset. It is located in the municipality of Surcin, 13.5 km from the center of Belgrade and 5.4 km from Nikola Tesla Airport. With 4,500 parking spaces, the project will cover approximately 32 hectares, making it highly significant for the city’s future in the vicinity of the expo that will host Expo 2027.

Job description:

• Monitors and organizes the entire project-technical documentation on the Aconex platform;
• Ensures proper version control and archiving of all documents, including drafts, revisions, contracts and reports;
• Defines and follows documentation management protocols, ensuring that all documents are updated and available to relevant project participants;
• Organizes and conducts training for all team members on the proper use of Aconex, with a focus on key functionalities and procedures;
• Provides day-to-day technical support to project participants regarding Aconex issues and assists in troubleshooting;
• Ensures that all platform users follow company standards and project management procedures on the Aconex platform;
• Facilitates communication between different sectors and teams through Aconex, allowing all participants access to necessary information and documents;
• Monitors and manages correspondence on the platform, ensuring that all key stakeholders are timely informed about important events and changes on the project;
• Generates regular reports on documentation status, platform usage and project progress, and shares them with management and relevant teams;
• Tracks key tasks and deadlines on the project, ensuring that all tasks are clearly defined and updated in the Aconex system;
• Identifies potential challenges related to documentation and communication and proposes solutions to optimize the process;
• Manages access rights and authorization control in the Aconex platform, ensuring that all data is secure and accessible only to authorized users;
• Conducts periodic audits of access rights and security protocols to ensure a high level of protection of project information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Must be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken English
• Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi functional projects
• In-depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures
• Act as administrator for document control software such as Aconex
