Production Assistant - Guest Coordinator

We are seeking a Production Assistant - Guest Coordinator to join our TradeTV team. The role is focused on researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential guests for our video news channel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with these guests throughout the production process and ensuring their participation aligns with our schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, and conduct outreach through various tools (emails, cold callings, etc.) & platforms to identify and engage potential guest speakers, industry experts, and decision-makers in the solar and renewable energy sectors.
• Managing the public image of a company, building media relationships, inviting guests to participate in interviews and managing the process of booking them for interviews and appearances on our channel.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of guests, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth coordination throughout the production pipeline.
• Work closely with the operations team to manage guest schedules and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
• Ensure all guest communication is professional, timely, and aligned with our brand’s tone and goals.

Requirements

1. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. 
2. Proven experience in guest recruitment, event lineups, or securing high-profile participants for media or TV projects.
3. Experience in coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and leading content lineups for digital, broadcast media, or relevant filed.
4. Ability to manage multiple schedules and maintain attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
6. A personal computer and a good internet connection are required.
7. Relevant experience in the solar energy industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Remote Work: Full-time work-from-home position.
