We are looking for a highly motivated Process Architect to join us. In this role, you will lead the development of complex, cross-functional and cross-departmental end-to-end processes—ranging from product launches to process improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and simplification, as well as technical projects. You will coordinate the process aspect of projects from initial scoping and planning to implementation and follow-up, ensuring that process changes are delivered in a structured, comprehensive, and timely manner with measurable impact. A key part of your mission will be to standardize processes across an omni-network footprint (Fiber, Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC), Servco/Netco dynamics etc.), ensuring consistency and scalability, while acting as the guardian of genericity—promoting reusable, adaptable process frameworks that support long-term agility and coherence.
Your Responsibilities
1. Clear Scope Definition
Clearly define and formally agree with the team on the process scope to be delivered, both at the start and during the project if changes occur.
2. Rational Approach
Approach each project logically and make complex process decisions easy to understand for the team.
3. Business Process Development
Design end-to-end business processes with cross-divisional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
4. Domain Expertise
Possess in-depth knowledge of the relevant process domain, telecom market, and internal organization to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
5. Backward Planning
Create a detailed retro planning for deliverables and workshops, prepare them thoroughly, and propose solutions to keep the project moving forward.
6. Risk Management
Identify risks and issues and take corrective actions to ensure timely and quality process delivery.
7. Proactive Communication
Communicate proactively and clearly about the process status within the project.
8. Management Presentations
Present process topics to senior management using high-quality PowerPoint presentations and advise on prioritization decisions (budget, IT resources).
9. Process Modelling
Provide clear and complete process diagrams.
10. Ongoing Documentation
Keep fundamental company processes up to date and well-documented.
11. Operational Handover
Formally present the processes to operational teams or their representatives.
Your Profile

- You have knowledge of telecom products and services.
- You have knowledge and control of various process methodologies, including elements of Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.

- Good compensation - Competitive € salary plus benefits package.
- We encourage personal growth.
- We are, of course, committed to sustainability. What else did you think?
- We firmly believe that working together is important, but that having fun together is even more so.
- We believe in responsibility. Also in yours. For example, you can take it to launch your own initiatives.
- We put our customers first. And because we are all customers somewhere, you already know what that means. That’s good.
- And the ever-important work-life balance? We keep it in the right place.
