Public Relations and Marketing Specialist

Who are we?

We are an experienced team of Artificial Intelligence experts passionate about addressing scientific opportunities in biomedical and pharmaceutical domains. Currently we are looking for a new HR team member, on a Public Relations and Marketing Specialist position.

It is full-time and onsite, located in our office in Nis.

What will you do?

• Support different HR tasks as required in cooperation with HR team manager
• Communication with potential candidates and other partners
• Stay up to date with all kinds of relevant events such as trade fairs, conferences and organize our participation in them (promo material, organize other team members and even organize our own events)
• Create job posts and job descriptions, publish on a relevant platforms in cooperation with HR team manager
• Assists with recruitment process by finding potential candidates and performing necessary relevant reference checks in cooperation with HR team manager
• Organize and schedule meetings (internal and external) and interviews
• Organize social media profiles and posts and take active part in PR activities
• Applying for research, academic and other relevant projects in cooperation with Operation director

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in social/humanistic sciences
• Strong communication skills and experience in working with teams
• Excellent social media skills and tech knowledge
• Experience in HR related task and activities is an asset
• Experience in working with international projects is an asset
• Facilitation and mediation skills
• Experience in organizing and participating in business events
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Technical literacy (MS Office package and other)
• Creative and open-minded individual
• Well-organized and responsible
• High level proactivity
• Ability to work in a stochastic environment
