We produce leather wrapping for steering wheels and sewing cushions for airbags.

Quality Engineer
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality management in production; takes care that the quality requirements are known and implemented within the factory
- Tracking and evaluation of internal production defects, reporting of problems detected in production
- Monthly preparation of quality indicators and results, as well as preparation of quality documents (inspection standards, inspection lists, QC work instructions, OPQC)
- Identifies potential risks in the serial production for the product/customer
- Processes and analyzes complaints by the customer– working on countermeasures and procedures
- Check and approve all process/technical changes (4M, ECI, PCR)
- Active approach and performance of regular process audits
- Ensure Implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949 requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s diploma in Mechanical engineering or a related field
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- Relevant experience with Quality Management Systems, familiarity with IATF 16949
- Very good command of spoken and written English;
- Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills, a strong sense of team belonging
