We are looking for Quality Manager
If you have:
- A degree in Engineering, industrial or technical field
- Two or more years of experience on quality managerial positions in a manufacturing environment
- Good managerial skills
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Words, PPT, ...) MES and ERP applications
- Budget/cash-flow monitoring
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and internal and external process audits (an advantage not a requirement)
Good to have:
- Work experience in automotive industry
- VDA process auditor certificate
- Experience in Kaizen methodology
You would be in charge of:
- Developing and implementing the company’s quality system and ensuring the application of respective procedures and instructions
- Managing the continuous improvement process
- Ensuring permanent quality control of products and processes through monitoring and quality audits
- Updating FMEAs and control plans
- Participating in settlement of quality issues and claims with the suppliers and customers and acting as a representative for costumer’s needs and expectations
