Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment for specialized and mid-senior level positions;
• Good knowledge of the labor market
• Experience in IT and automotive industries would be a plus;
• Strong experience of identifying talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• Driver’s license – Active driver;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for all assigned requisitions from in-take meeting with hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing, selection through to job offer;
• Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, sourcing, on and off-line advertising;
• Schedule interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates;
• Partner with hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements;
• Advise and guide hiring managers to leverage best practices in recruitment and hiring;
• Leverage recruitment and market data to inform local and key hiring decisions;
• Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels;
• Provide weekly updates on open roles and the candidates recruiting status, onboarding status of new hires.
