Job summary:

Your mission as full-cycle HR services expert is to bring new business and Client development through execution of recruiting strategies, attracting and placing top talent. Your goal is to actively recruit and partner with Client Companies by meeting their expectations in order to achieve company objectives.

Required qualifications:

• University degree in Business or Social Science
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the service industry
• Fluency in English language
• PC literacy

Main responsibilities:

• Manage your own monthly and yearly individual PP sales target.
• Manage your team on the following:
• Delivery of service and reaching individual targets
• Train the team on PP services
• Development of existing clients (through contacts with Line Managers)
• Proactive selling of CVs
• Conduct monthly, mid and end-year performance appraisals for your team.
• Conduct appropriate number of visits to client-companies (7 per week), in order to attract new clients and develop existing ones.
• Evaluate clients’ staffing needs & present commercial proposals to clients.
• Liaise with clients in order to perform job analysis and determine candidate’s suitability, as well as customers’ satisfaction.
• Provide appropriate reporting of all recruitment activities and data.

• Must be goal oriented and have experience working in a quota/metric based environment
• Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time to complete work by deadlines; ability to manage multiple tasks/account work simultaneously
