In this premium market segment, your role as a Senior Key Account Manager will be crucial in delivering exceptional services to our clients and driving the success of our venture.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will own and drive relationships with our most valuable clients and partners within the dynamic fintech industry. This role offers significant strategic impact and flexibility, operating in a hybrid model between remote work and our Belgrade office. You will play a key role in developing our client and partner portfolio and collaborate closely with our product management team to refine our solutions based on market feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management & Growth: Own and manage the entire client life-cycle for key accounts, developing strategic relationship approaches, cultivating strong, long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Serve as the primary point of contact, lead negotiations, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Commercial Strategy & Pricing: Define and execute commercial strategies and pricing models, collaborating with marketing to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Actively cultivate and manage relationships within our extensive partner network, including lawyers, fiduciaries, and incorporation platforms, to drive mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Relations and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client journey from onboarding through ongoing support. Provide structured client feedback to Product teams.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in a client-facing role, ideally with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated understanding of corporate clients and their banking/financial needs and associated regulatory requirements.
- Fundamental knowledge of B2B banking products, particularly in payments, cash management, and foreign exchange (FX).
- A strong client-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Working experience in regulatorily challenging industries (e.g., crypto, Web3, commodities trading, precious metals, luxury goods), or a strong aptitude to quickly learn complex regulatory environments, is considered a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in German, French, or Italian would be considered a plus.
- An academic background in Economics, Finance, or Organizational Science is preferred; However, candidates with relevant experience from all fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
