Customer Intelligence Consultant (m/f)
The successful candidate provides SAS consulting services in Customer Intelligence (CI)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain, including solution development, implementation and closeout at clients’ sites. Specifically:
- Consults SAS clients on marketing/sales/service business concepts, processes & best practices in Customer Intelligence domain
- Conducts various implementation types of workshops with customers. Gathers and analyses business requirements
- Designs, implements and tests SAS Customer Intelligence solutions and supporting applications.
- Provides business and IT domain knowledge to Sales in identification and qualification of business opportunities at prospects
- Designs and delivers pre-sales presentations and workshops
- Provides technical support and coaches SAS clients in utilization and upgrades of implemented solutions. Consults on further improvements achievable through implemented SAS solutions
- Assists Project Managers in scoping and defining work effort, resources and cost estimates on CI projects/phases
- Conducts education courses for SAS clients/customers
- Performs other duties as assigned

Your background should include:
- At least bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business Administration with strong IT background
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience (CRM Business Processes and Information Systems design and development, preferably in Marketing/Sales domain)
- Data modeling, management and databases knowledge. SQL programming
- Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills, including ability to communicate with users with various professional backgrounds
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Proactive/independent approach to assigned tasks. Reliability and responsibility in their execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in various teams
- International and domestic travel as business needs dictate.
We also expect competencies:
- Telecom/Banking industry experience
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience with CRM/Campaign Management software and processes
- SAS software and programming knowledge. Java programming. Operating systems knowledge
- Familiarity with Advanced analytics (Data Mining) techniques and Analytical modeling for Marketing
