Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities in the engineering / automotive sector and develop strategies to expand our client base; (Automotive, Bus & Truck, Rail, Energy sector)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering innovative solutions;
  • Serve as the primary commercial & technical contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our key clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives;
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry developments to stay ahead in the market;
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients;
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Business or Engineering degree;
  • Readiness for frequent business trips;
  • Comprehensive engineering industry knowledge;
  • Experience in other industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, etc.) - as an advantage;
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management;
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, organizational skills, taking the initiative;
  • Solid understanding of engineering products, services, and market dynamics;
  • A natural self-starter, confident in communication, responsive and a competent negotiator;
  • Strong drive for results, solving challenges, motivated by targets;
  • Ability to develop and challenge customers, solution orientated.

Languages Required:

  • English – fluent (mandatory)
  • Serbian  – a strong plus
