We are looking for a sales manager who will become a true leader and will be able to lead our company to new heights of success! Your task is to sell car accessories and sports and tourism products, as well as develop our dealer network.
What will you do:
- Interaction with dealers:
- Drawing up a sales development plan;
- Maintaining a database of potential dealers;
- Cold calls, regular meetings with new potential clients;
- Organizing product demonstrations and training new dealers.
Interaction with logistics service providers:
- Coordination of order logistics;
- Assistance in placing goods on the dealer’s website (providing information about goods).
Office work:
- Maintaining a client database in ERP;
- Preparation of contracts and their approval;
- Preparation of proposals and invoices using ERP;
- Preparation of weekly progress reports;
- Replacement of colleagues in case of their absence.
It is important for us:
- Experience in sales of automotive accessories will be a significant advantage.
- Willingness to undertake two weeks of paid training once your candidacy is approved.
- Willingness to work remotely (home office).
- Ability to work with MS Office and advanced PC knowledge.
- Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to communicate and understand technical documentation. Knowledge of Russian and Serbian languages will be a good mark for your profile.
- Technical background or willingness to understand technically complex products.
We offer:
- Trial period 3 months - fixed salary of 900 € per month
- After 3 month - fixed salary of 600 € per month plus 0.5% of sales (excluding VAT)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
- No need to work on weekends.
- Start working immediately after your candidacy is approved.
- Preparedness for an interview with an employer.
