Why Are We Hiring?

- Work on complex front-end projects using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the front-end solutions, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for motivated candidates who:
- Have a thorough understanding of front-end development principles
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Have in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Have experience with responsive design and developing cross-browser compatible solutions
- Understand the principles of UX/UI design
- Have experience with Git
- Have proficient knowledge of English in spoken and written communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications
- Ability to understand business usecases
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the lead developer and design team to plan and execute all phases of front-end development
- Collaborate with other team members (Project Manager, Business Analyst) in gathering and analyzing user requirements
- Participate in the verification of front-end solutions to ensure they meet the designed specifications and comply with company and industry standards

The Procedure
After receiving applications, we will conduct an initial selection of candidates and invite selected ones for testing. Other candidates will be informed in a timely manner about the results of the first selection round.
Testing involves checking theoretical knowledge and solving problems of varying complexity levels.
Candidates who succeed in testing will be invited for a final interview aimed at better mutual acquaintance, followed by a potential job offer at Grow Surf.
