We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Assistant to work closely with the founder to help him grow his agency and brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen interest in personal brand building. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Facebook, X):
- Post pre-written content for clients across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Engage with followers by replying to comments, handling direct messages, and building relationships.
- Manage clients' social media pages, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
- Send hyper-targeted connection requests on LinkedIn for clients.
- Manage and grow Facebook groups for clients, fostering community engagement.
- Curate and refine content to align with client branding.
- Email and CRM Management:
- Oversee ActiveCampaign email lists for clients, ensuring accurate and effective communication.
- Manage client communication, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure client information is current and accessible.
- Additional Duties:
- Support various other marketing activities as needed.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve client social media strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in building personal brands on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Proven track record in DM sales and online networking.
- Previous experience in social media marketing, particularly in B2B, sales, marketing, info, SaaS, or tech industries.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing brands online.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and honesty.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet connectivity.
- Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
