SUPPORT ENGINEER FOR COMPUTER AND IT EQUIPMENT
Belgrade
Job description:
- Maintenance and administration of computer and IT equipment
- Installation and maintenance of softwares for the internal use of employees and partners
- Maintenance and administration of servers to provide internal company services
- On-call IT and technical support to employees
- Administration of the IT network within the company
- Supporting process of procurement of computer and IT equipment for the internal use of employees
- Contact with suppliers of computer and IT equipment and administration of the procurement process of equipment
- Regular reporting on the work to the managers
Candidate profile:
- Secondary education in IT and/or telecommunications field
- Experience in working with hardware and software for client computer and IT equipment for at least 2 years or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Mandatory: knowledge of computer networks, routing protocols and switching
- Desirable: Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, MSSQL databases, Java, PHP, VB, Apach, IIS Application Server
- Driver's licence B category
- Fluency in English
