About the role
We are looking for a Team Support Assistant for our growing team.
This is a remote full-time position based in Serbia, with working hours 10am-6pm CET Monday to Friday.
This role provides a high standard of general admin support and plays an important role in the smooth running of day-to-day business based in the UK but liaises with all the team on a regular basis.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
- IT onboarding: set up company accounts and access rights for new employees, and distributing IT equipment
- IT offboarding: close company accounts and remove access rights for leavers, and ensuring IT equipment is returned
- Supporting employees with company systems related issues (login issues, access rights etc.) and managing the Team Support inbox with professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude
- Ensuring that all relevant queries are responded to and actioned within the appropriate time frame, and escalated to other parties where required
- Maintaining relevant databases and checklists, ensuring all related information is clearly recorded and up to date
- Basic content management on company web pages
- Providing administrative and project support which may not be specifically included within this job description, but which is consistent with the general level of the job and the responsibilities described
- Providing cover for other admin roles during holiday periods and other absences when requested by Line Manager
Working experience requirements:
- Experience in the same or similar positions
- Experience working in fast-paced and agile teams is desirable
- Experience working remotely in an administrative role is desirable
About you
Competencies:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally, with confidence to communicate with all stakeholders across the business and build effective relationships
- Excellent IT skills, competent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other cloud-based systems
- A developing knowledge of technical systems and the willingness to update knowledge continuously
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills with excellent prioritisation and strong follow-up skills
