Technical Team Lead in Automotive DevOps
Developing smart and reliable Electronic Control Units (ECU) and Software Platforms, jointly with TTTech Automotive, we deliver the innovative components to make highly-automated cars a reality. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Automotive department. The person would be responsible for build-up of a brand new DevOps team in our Novi Sad office to service a complex organization and state of the art safety critical automotive ECU development and integration projects.
Your role would include:
- Leadership of employees, coordination with development partners and/or project managers in related departments
- Proactive role in Continuous Integration process implementation based on, but not limited to Jenkins and related services
- Contribution to IT security awareness and protection of intellectual property
- Contribution to improvement and implementation of requirements and configuration management systems
- Sharing and broadening your knowledge and experiences within your team, providing guidance for DevOps projects and creating new ideas together
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field of study
- Technical knowledge in the field of automation tools development and configuration, coding and scripting
- Experience as Team Lead, expert in organization and communication
- Experience with (embedded) compilers and build environments
- Proactive personality with a pragmatic approach and goal-oriented way of working
- Service oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Extensive Jenkins know-how (Scripted/Declarative Pipelines, Shared pipeline libraries, Jenkins master setup, Jenkins node setup, ...)
- Good Java/groovy programming skills
- Python and Bash experience
- Experience with (embedded) compilers (Tasking, QNX, …)
- Experience with build setups (Make, CMake, Scons)
- Experience with Config Management and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Docker, Vagrant, …)
- IT Security awareness and ideally know-how
